RBD Coconut Oil
RBD coconut oil is derived from copra or desiccated coconut kernel. Inside it contains a lot of dust particles, dirt, insects, and so on. Therefore, a bleaching process is needed to remove the dirt. In this RBD process too, the oil will disappear with high temperatures so that germs and bacteria. Since the smoke point of RBD coconut oil reaches 232°C, it is suitable for frying.
